Allie McFee is a Writer, Women’s Wellness Educator, and Cooking Teacher. She is the girl behind the blog at Modern Goddess Lifestyle, where she shares her hormone-balancing recipes, as well as tidbits on women’s health and sacred self-care. The recipes and practices she shares help women live a “Modern Goddess Lifestyle,” which she defines as a lifestyle intended to help women connect with their inner rhythm and intuition, a.k.a. “their inner goddess,” to live their authentic expression with mind-body-spirit connection. She is working on her first soon-to-be published cookbook on women’s hormone health and the moon cycle. Allie is a certified Women’s Health and Nutrition Coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute and helps women create balance within their lifestyles through her one-one-coaching sessions, online programs, and community red tent support groups. Allie has her Bachelors in English from Indiana University and writes for local publications Nuvo Magazine and Natural Awakenings. She is certified as a Raw Food Chef, a Red Tent Facilitator through Tanishka Tantrika, and she apprenticed at the world-renowned Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center with Dr. Gabriel Cousens in 2012, focusing on Raw Food for Blood Sugar Regulation. In 2014, she helped open Ezra’s Enlightened Café as Head Chef, Indianapolis’ first Raw, Vegan, and Gluten Free Restaurant, and from 2012-2014, operated a juice cleanse delivery service and private chef-ing through the Humble Tummy.
