I have a wide mix of culinary skills to serve your specific dietary needs. Recipe options include Raw Food Cuisine, Vegetarian or Vegan, Paleo, Hormone Balancing Foods, Superfood Cuisine, and Sugar-Free, as well I modify recipes for any specific food sensitivities or allergies.
I understand the deep processing your retreat attendees are going through- whether it’s Shadow work and trauma healing in your Red Tents or Tantra trainings… so many emotions come up for healing- Therefore, I keep the kitchen as high vibe as possible, by holding space as a pillar on your team to create an environment of nourishment so when the participates come to eat, they feel relaxed and grounded.
Also, being a Hormone Balancing Chef, I have many sensual food creations to make each meal a delicious, exquisite experience that is playful and yummy.
Food is energy! Ingredient quality matters.
The energy in your kitchen is what is fueling the cells and tummy of every retreat participant!
I love incorporating local produce from farms nearby the retreat- when I chef-ed in Kauai, we supported many local farmers and even drove the the farms to pick up fresh prooduce. I serve organic as possible, and definitely as many colorful veggies as I can fill on the plate!

My culinary background began with an apprenticeship at Dr. Gabriel Cousens’ Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, AZ and led me to help open a 100% Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan restaurant in Indianapolis in 2014 as Head Chef.
I believe eating should be pleasurable, food should be clean, and the kitchen is a place for us to come and ground back into our bodies, fuel our cells with high vibe nutrition, and a place to feel the Mother Goddess, which is in our food.
