Is this eCookbook helpful for digestive issues?

Absolutely. The recipes in this book eliminate the major foods that usually cause digestion issues. The recipes are completely gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. They are free of preservatives and I always recommend to use organic and local produce, if possible.

 

Is this eCoobook plant-based?

Most of the recipes are plant-based, although there are a few containing meat. You can always eliminate the use of meat in these recipes if you are vegetarian or vegan. There are also some raw food recipes. I understand each woman has different dietary needs and preferences, therefore I have included a little something for everyone. 

 

What equipment do I need to make the recipes?

Most recipes include general cooking materials: a stove, an oven, and a sharp knife. A high-speed blender is needed to make the smoothies and acai bowl. A food processor is used to shred vegetables, although you can use a sharp knife. Several recipes include a crockpot.

 

Will the recipes help balance my hormones?

The recipes and information are designed to aid your body in hormonal balance. Hormone balance is an process of long-term lifestyle and dietary practices that require patience and commitment.
