Once upon a time, I was a girl living in a small Midwest town with a BIG heart guided to serve from my overflowing creativity. Yet, I was invisible. I was afraid of sharing my magic and I hid behind a lot of stories. I went through many challenges: 2-week heavy-long menstrual cycles with fatigue, binge eating and feeling bloated in my body with a mindset of shame, pain when I went to make love thus feeling like sex was a duty rather than a playful gift, and low self-worth causing little income while overworking.
Now, I lead a 6-figure business, liberating thousands of women through transformational online programs, retreats, workshops, and ebooks deeper into their body, their sovereignty, to activate their creative potential.
